Andrology Australia (The Australian Centre of Excellence in Male Reproductive Health), funded by the Australian Government Department of Health and administered by Monash University provides information and education to health professionals and the community on male reproductive health disorders and associated conditions including: prostate disease and prostate cancer, testicular cancer, male infertility, androgen (testosterone) deficiency, and sexual dysfunction.

We offer free accredited online professional education courses for Primary Health Care Nurses and GPs. To complement the education, Andrology Australia has developed a series of Clinical Summary Guides to support the primary health care setting, and a number of free patient resources for displaying in clinics or providing to patients.

caring@home is a national project funded by the Australian Government and conducted by a consortium of nine key organisations led by Brisbane South Palliative Care Collaborative.  caring@home aims to improve the quality of palliative care service delivery across Australia by developing resources that will support people to be cared for and to die at home, if that is their choice.  The consistent, easy-to-use resources can be used by registered nurses who are caring for palliative patients, to educate carers to provide safe and effective subcutaneous breakthrough symptom management. The resources will be applicable in all jurisdictions across Australia.

Correct Care Australasia is contracted to provide primary healthcare (and arrange secondary and tertiary healthcare) to Victorian correctional centres as set out in its Agreement with Justice Health and Youth Justice (Department of Justice). These services are provided at 17 Correctional Facilities across the State of Victoria.
The custodial environment provides a unique opportunity to address a range of health issues and to meet the health needs of a population that is normally hard to reach.  A nurse-led model of care sees our nurses utilising a wide range of primary care skills and knowledge in improving and maintaining patient health.

Haemochromatosis Australia is the support and advocacy group for people affected by hereditary haemochromatosis. We provide support and increase awareness in the community and health professions. We aim to increase early detection and treatment. 

Haemochromatosis, or inherited iron overload disorder, is the most common genetic disorder in Australia. It causes the body to absorb excess iron which builds up in the organs and joints over many years and becomes toxic. If detected and treated early, haemochromatosis is no barrier to a normal, healthy life. Tests for the condition are simple and treatment, by venesection, is simple and effective.

The Palliative Care Education and Training Collaborative takes a collaborative, whole-of-workforce approach to building the capability and capacity of the health workforce to provide quality palliative care to all Australians. The Collaborative is made up of two projects, The Program of Experience in the Palliative Approach (PEPA) and Palliative Care Curriculum for Undergraduates (PCC4U). It provides funded, supervised clinical placements and workshops; resources to strengthen curriculum in university courses and contributes to the Education section of the CareSearch website. The Collaborative is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health as part of the National Palliative Care Projects Grant.
