You'll learn how to recognise the signs and impact of burnout, apply practical strategies to support wellbeing and access resources and supports when needed.

This workshop covers the essential CPR knowledge and practical skills to recognise and respond to emergency situations, assess and manage an unconscious person who is not breathing, use an AED, and act safely and effectively.
