Leadership Bootcamp

Building the next generation of nurse leaders

The APNA Leadership Bootcamp is a 6‑week digital learning program designed to support nurses to confidently step into leadership roles in primary health care. Grounded in real‑world practice and powered by APNA’s trusted resources, the program blends short, practical learning with reflective and applied activities nurses can use immediately in their workplace.

This program is ideal for nurses new to leadership roles or mid‑career nurses who want to strengthen their leadership capability to prepare themselves to influence positive change and grow their career.

What nurses will develop

Participants will:

  • Develop leadership skills tailored to primary health care environments
  • Enhance strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making
  • Build confidence in leading teams, managing change, and influencing outcomes

  • Mid‑career nurses (no formal leadership title is required):
