Building the next generation of nurse leaders

The APNA Leadership Bootcamp is a 6-week digital learning program designed to support nurses to confidently step into leadership roles in primary health care. Grounded in real-world practice and powered by APNA’s trusted resources, the program blends short, practical learning with reflective and applied activities that nurses can use immediately in their workplace.

This program will be ideal for nurses new to leadership roles and mid-career nurses who want to strengthen their leadership capability, influence positive change, and progress their career in primary health care.

What nurses will develop

Participants will build capability to:

• Develop leadership skills tailored to primary health care environments
• Enhance strategic thinking, communication, and decision-making
• Build confidence in leading teams, managing change, and influencing outcomes
• Foster collaboration and innovation in patient-centred care
