In this informative and practical course, you will learn about the signs and symptoms of common and disabling mental health problems in adults, how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help, what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective, and how to provide mental health first aid in a crisis situation using a practical, evidence-based action plan.

Online Learning (component 1)
You will be provided seven hours of online learning content - which will need to be completed before component number two before you attend the face-to-face workshop
After purchase you will be provided a voucher code with instruction on next steps.
Workshop (component 2)
You will attend a virtual workshop for 2x 2.5 hours encapsulating the online learning completed before workshop attendance (Max participant amount of 12)
