APNA Workforce Survey 2025 Comms Toolkit

The annual APNA Workforce Survey supports us in driving positive change in primary health care, advocating on behalf of the almost 100,000 nurses and midwives working in the sector around Australia. The survey has been running since 2002, with thousands of nurses and midwives telling us about their working conditions, concerns, and aspirations. We have used the results to support legislative changes, inform consultations and major reviews, support research, and help develop and secure funding for programs that support primary health care nurses at every stage of their careers.

With your help, we want to make the 2025 APNA Workforce Survey our biggest yet. We've put together this toolkit to help you promote the survey to eligible nurses and midwives in your workforce.

If you have questions about the toolkit or would like to request resources tailored to your organisation, please email our communications team.
