APNA has launched its 2023 APNA Workplace Survey, the most comprehensive survey of primary health care nurses in Australia. 

There has never been a more critical time for primary health care nurses to have a voice to influence PHC reforms. The ongoing Scope of Practice Review and the Government’s reforms focusing on multi-disciplinary team-based care approaches could make fundamental changes to the future of nurses’ care responsibilities and work practices.
