APNA's Cultiv-8 blooms in Queensland

APNA’s Cultiv-8 Nurse Clinics program is now underway in Queensland, with 25 nurses and practice managers across the Brisbane South and Gold Coast PHN regions diving into an eight‑week hybrid learning experience.

The participants are exploring what it takes to plan and implement effective nurse‑led models of care, an area of growing importance as primary health care services look for smarter, more sustainable ways to meet community needs.

Across the program, participants are guided by APNA’s eight Nurse Clinic Building Blocks, which equip them with practical skills and confidence to design high‑impact nurse clinics, strengthen team‑based care, and understand the funding opportunities that support these models.

Feedback from Week One has already been overwhelmingly positive, with participants highlighting the value of connecting with peers and gaining clarity on how to turn ideas into action.
