Leadership in Action webinar brings Australian and Japanese nurses together
Last night marked an exciting milestone as we hosted our very first Leadership in Action webinar - and what a fantastic turnout it was!
Over 60 passionate nurses from Australia and Japan logged in, ready to learn, share, and connect.
Using real-time AI translation, nurses from both countries shared real-life stories about how they’re creating new approaches to nursing care in their own settings. Their experiences gave everyone practical insights and plenty of inspiration.
This webinar is part of Leadership in Action, funded by the Australia-Japan Foundation and brought to life by APNA, Hiroshima University, and the Japan Primary Care Association.
Together, we’re building bridges between primary health care nurses across borders.
Last night was just the beginning. We can’t wait to see how these conversations spark new ideas and strengthen nursing communities in both countries.
