This activity has been developed for nurses interested in learning more improving about data collection in MedicalDirector. This module aims to support you to develop your skills and confidence around data quality.
The resources in this online module are part of the Primary Care Data Quality Education project by CSIRO training program, funded by the Australian Department of Health.

After completing this module, you should be able to:
To increase awareness and understanding of the value of structured and coded health information.
To increase understanding of the most important areas in the record that should be structured and coded – core clinical data.
To increase the level of structured and coded information being entered into clinical information systems by practice staff.

Once you have completed all sections of the course, a certificate will be available next to the course name in the ‘My Training’ section of APNA Online Learning.
