The Tailored Education for Multidisciplinary Teams (TEMT) Program is a collaborative learning opportunity for primary health care teams to improve population health need.
Working collaboratively, these teams will:
The program brings together health care teams comprising nurses, allied health professionals, practice managers, and other key operational staff over an eight-month period.
These teams have access to education, networking and tailored support to improve their ability to meet population health needs.

TEMT is designed for PHNs to commission an intake of the program to support their general practice workforce, enhance collaboration, and the seamless interplay between clinical and administrative staff to deliver the best healthcare outcome for the community and the practice. Designed for up to 20 clinics to participate, future intakes of the program will focus on topics such as child and maternal health, preventative health checks, and women’s health.
