Tailored Education for Multidisciplinary Teams (TEMT)

Enhance the capability of multidisciplinary teams to deliver improved patient outcomes and experiences.

The Tailored Education for Multidisciplinary Teams (TEMT) Program is a collaborative learning opportunity for primary health care teams to improve population health need.

Working collaboratively, these teams will:

  • Enhance their clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Improve their care planning skills across the administrative and clinic domains
  • Improve their understanding of financial literacy and how it can be used to optimise patient care
  • Develop greater trust and confidence in each other’s skills.

How it works

The program brings together health care teams comprising nurses, allied health professionals, practice managers, and other key operational staff over an eight-month period.

These teams have access to education, networking and tailored support to improve their ability to meet population health needs.

Participants will benefit from access to:

  • Education on the topic areas using interactive webinars
  • A Multidisciplinary Community of Practice allowing for collaboration and additional learning opportunities
  • Specialised support and resources to implement learnings
  • Tailored support to improve financial literacy to support the delivery of care
  • Nurse support line subscription

By purchasing this program for health care teams in your region, your executive team will receive regular insights through progress reporting.
