Who is undertaking the evaluation?
The project is being undertaken by Allen + Clarke Consulting – a well-established and respected management consultancy based in Melbourne and Wellington, New Zealand, specialising in evaluation and research, policy and regulation, and program support services.
The evaluation is being led by Paul Houliston (Managing Partner and Project Sponsor) and Emma Keleher (Lead Evaluator).
Why is this evaluation being done?
The Department wants to understand:
- How the program was implemented
- Whether it achieved its intended outcomes
- What benefits it delivered for the nurses who participated
- What can be learned to guide future planning and investment.
Your insights will help inform future initiatives to strengthen nursing in primary health care.
Why should I participate?
Your experience matters! We’re looking to hear directly from nurses and nurse mentors who were involved in the program – what worked well, what could be improved, and what impact it had on your practice.
To thank you for your time, all participants will receive a $100 Woolworths Wish e-gift voucher.
